About Me

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Perhaps you might want to know a little bit about me and my practice. I earned my medical degree at Southern Illinois University Medical School in Springfield, Illinois and have been providing medical diagnoses and treatments to Central Illinois residents for over 20 years, Springfield had been my home for over 35 years, but most recently I have relocated to Florida. I am now serving the residents of Florida's Space Coast.

My specialty is neuropsychiatric care for women and children with a focus on obtaining a valid diagnosis and providing biomedical treatments, including nutrition as well as prescription medications. To assist in proper diagnosis and treatment, I am certified in SPECT brain imaging procedures which identify specific brain activity patterns. This helps me to provide a more accurate diagnosis of neuropsychiatric problems and to prescribe specific medications and other treatments, tailored to individual needs. I also utilize blood chemistry and other laboratory tests to identify nutritional problems at the molecular level, which may contribute to neuropsychiatric symptoms.

The most important part of my practice is you. Without your whole-hearted participation in your treatment plan, I cannot be successful in helping you to feel better. Together we will discuss treatment options, but you will make the final decisions about your care plan.
